Grind Quest ("the App") is an independent mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information while you use Grind Quest.

Grind Quest is designed as an offline-first productivity application. Most user data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

The App allows users to create a custom Hunter Name, and all gameplay progress is stored locally on the user's device.

To provide gameplay and productivity features, Grind Quest stores the following information locally on your device:

• XP and Levels
• Rank Progress
• Quest History
• Daily and Weekly Challenge Progress
• Coins
• Unlocked Personas
• Reward Inventory
• Active Boosters
• Notification Preferences
• Reminder Schedules
• App Settings

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Any dedicated app server.

Notifications

Grind Quest requests notification permission to provide:

• Quest reminders
• Daily challenge reminders
• Streak reminders
• Productivity notifications
• Reward notifications

Notification schedules and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Advertising

Grind Quest uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded advertisements. Watching rewarded advertisements is entirely optional and may provide in-app rewards such as coins or other gameplay benefits.

Google AdMob may collect certain device and usage information necessary to serve and measure advertisements in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Grind Quest currently uses the following third-party service:

About Grind Quest

Grind Quest is an offline-first productivity and habit-building application that helps users organize tasks, build routines, earn progression through gameplay mechanics, and stay motivated through gamification. Most features are designed to function without requiring an account or internet connection.

User Responsibilities

By using Grind Quest, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly and lawfully.
• Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App.
• Not use automation, bots, or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay or rewards.
• Respect all applicable laws while using the App.

Virtual Progress & Rewards

Grind Quest includes virtual progression systems such as XP, Levels, Ranks, Coins, Personas, Rewards, Challenge Progress, and Streaks. These items exist solely within the App. They:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods.
• Cannot be transferred between users.
• Are intended only for personal entertainment and productivity purposes.

Rewarded Advertisements

Grind Quest may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching advertisements is entirely voluntary. Users may receive virtual in-app rewards, such as coins or other gameplay benefits, after successfully completing a rewarded advertisement. Rewards are virtual and remain subject to the App's progression system.

Local Data Storage

Grind Quest currently stores gameplay progress locally on your device. This may include Hunter Name, XP, Levels, Coins, Personas, Rewards, Quest Progress, Challenge Progress, and App Preferences. Uninstalling the App, clearing application data, or resetting your device may permanently remove locally stored progress.

Availability of Features

Grind Quest may introduce, modify, rebalance, or remove features, including but not limited to Personas, Rewards, Challenges, Coin economy, XP progression, Rank progression, and Gameplay mechanics. These changes are intended to improve the overall experience and may occur through future updates.

Intellectual Property

All application content, including but not limited to App name, Logo, User Interface, Icons, Artwork, Game systems, Text, and Designs, is owned by Grind Quest or used under appropriate licenses and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Grind Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, CatalystCore Studios does not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption, progress can always be recovered after device issues, or every feature will remain unchanged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grind Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Updates to the App

Grind Quest may receive updates that introduce new features, improve existing functionality, fix bugs, balance gameplay, or enhance performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
